Refunds & Cancellation 退款與取消

Paid memberships are billed through Substack and processed by Stripe.

Cancel anytime. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. 隨時可取消：取消後權益持續到當期結束，之後不再扣款。

14-day refund window. If anything about a charge feels wrong, email scroll@konvolut.art within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. 任何一筆扣款 14 天內來信，全額退款，不問理由。

Membership is currently digital. Terms for physical editions (Founding tier) will be published before they go on sale. 目前訂閱內容為數位；實體（Founding 層）販售前會另行公告條款。

Charges appear as KONVOLUT on your card statement.

Privacy 隱私

We collect only what a newsletter needs: your email address (held by Substack when you subscribe) and anything you choose to send us at scroll@konvolut.art. 我們只收集電子報必要的資訊：訂閱 email（由 Substack 保管）與你主動來信的內容。

This site runs no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts. 本站無廣告、無第三方追蹤腳本。

We never sell or share your information. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email; to have your data deleted, write to scroll@konvolut.art. 不出售、不共享；退訂用信末連結，刪除資料來信即可。

Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and Substack; we never see your card number. 卡號等支付資訊完全由 Stripe/Substack 處理，我們不經手。
